Engelstad will present her projects that give public voice to people who are often undervalued and underrepresented in culture and society because of race, ethnicity and socio-economic reasons. The material output from these projects, includes murals, publications, videos, exhibitions, public programs and presentations to government officials and other policy stake holders with the aim to change policy and enact programs that create change.
