What About Empathy? workshop explores how small yet deliberate creative gestures can bridge political, racial, cultural and environmental divisions.

Participants use design methodologies to delve into their personal interests around social issues and learn practical strategies to engage their creativity. These tools help conceive interventions that foster connection and bridge divides—wherever they may be. The first step is integrating empathy into both personal and professional practices—an action that can bring people together to confront some of our most pressing challenges. The workshops includes design exercises, collaborative dialogue, and rapid prototyping. Each set of workshops is custom-designed to work within a prescribed time-frame to meet the goals of the organizers and desired outcomes for the participants.
